fundinfo expands its market presence in Europe

fundinfo has acquired KiidLine in Paris and thereby further expands its presence in Europe. KiidLine is a service provider specialized in distributing publications of Asset Managers in France.

This acquisition drastically bolsters fundinfo’s coverage of the French fund market and also brings a local presence in Paris. KiidLine’s founder, Christophe Bossi, takes over the role of Sales Director France at the new subsidiary as of 1st November 2015. By this expansion, fundinfo will be in a better position to develop services for the French market and offer existing clients further support.

Dissemination of Static Fund Data Now Even More Efficient – fundinfo Data Dissemination Event in Zurich

The time-consuming task of reformatting fund data and entering it in complex Excel templates for distributors is a thing of the past. On 24 September, fundinfo presented a practical solution: fundinfo Data Dissemination. Static fund data dissemination needs to be fast and efficient. Some 100 fund industry participants accepted fundinfo’s invitation and met at the Hyatt Hotel in Zurich in early autumn.



Breakfast session in London

fundinfo recently organized together with Aberdeen Asset Management a thought leadership event in London. This event was hosted at Aberdeen’s premises and was a good success with 70 attendees from 44 fund companies. Various aspects of the growth of platforms in Europe and globally in view of regulation were discussed: MIFID II and RDR, industry changes with regards to digital trends and changes in consumer behaviour, to mention some of the topics covered.


Anniversary Celebration at the Lake Zurich


This year we had double the reason to celebrate: fundinfo AG reached its 10-year anniversary and ifund services AG its 15-year anniversary. All 66 employees including their families met on the deck of Quai61 at lake Zurich to toast to with the 6 founders to the special occasion.


Go-live in France

As of Monday 7 September 2015, fundinfo launched an additional country on  and France is now live as a new fund market. As a result, users of fundinfo’s online platform can now access fund documents, data, ratings and videos for funds registered for sale in France. fundinfo currently offers fund information for 11 countries in Europe and 2 in Asia.

KNEIP – new Paperboy Approved Partner

To uphold the necessary quality of the services and to ensure correctness of publication and dissemination, we pursue a primary source policy and accept original fund documents only directly from fund providers or producers of fund documents.

As an alternative, fund providers are able to transmit original fund documents through selected service providers (“Paperboy Approved Partners”), provided that the Partner complies at any time with the high quality standard set by fundinfo.

We are pleased to announce that KNEIP, located in Luxembourg, has met the technical requirements and has become Paperboy Approved Partner for automated document delivery.


fundinfo Summer Party in Frankfurt

fundinfo’s 3rd annual summer party (Germany) took place last week and was legendary! More than 120 guests joined us at Mantis Roofgarden for an evening of delicious barbeque and refreshing drinks. Thanks to the perfect weather, we were able to enjoy the great atmosphere into the early hours.

Hong Kong

fundinfo’s second round of annual breakfast briefing sessions sponsored by M&G was a huge success! Over 80 attendees from more than 50 fund houses joined us in both Hong Kong and Singapore as a clear sign that fund houses and distributors are keen to work together to grow the fund market in Asia and most importantly enhance the offering and service levels for end investors. The sessions were very informative and the dialogue very open especially around the do’s and don’ts of working together.
